Our Executive Support team plays a crucial role in supporting the management team and the wider Policy Group and you will be working with multiple managers and teams within this space.Your Key Responsibilities In This Role Will Includediary and calendar management including scheduling internal and external meetingsmultiple inbox managementcoordinating documentation for meetingstravel and accommodation managementbooking venues and organising team eventssupporting recruitment processesmanaging correspondencesupporting the wider Executive Support team with general administrationcoordinating internal reportingproviding secretariat support to internal committees and forums, andcontributing to wider process improvementsO Pukenga / Skills And ExperienceTo be successful in the role you will have : strong working knowledge of the MS Office suite, ideally including familiarity with MS Teams and SharePointexcellent time management skillsconfidence in working with all levels of managementstrong interpersonal skillsthe ability to multitask, reprioritise and triage the day's tasks dependant on the unit's needsa high level of discretion in handling confidential and sensitive informationexperience working in an Executive Assistant / Support roleThe ideal applicant will have a good grounding in working in the public sector and will be able to 'hit the ground running' in a busy policy group setting.
