The
Executive Assistant Board Secretariat
is responsible for :
Manaaki – developing and living out our networks with the team, whanau and hapori
End-to-end executive administrative support – taking initiative to coordinate and proactively steady the waka to keep our mahi on track
Governance support – providing exceptional secretariat support to our Investment and other relevant boards

Your high-level experience and professional expertise in
executive assistance
is a given, and you will be excited to engage and learn alongside Ngati Toa.
Of course, you'll be well practiced with / in
Diary management and correspondence
Governance administrative preparation
Working in a Maori environment and supporting kaupapa Maori
