Maternity Leave Cover – Auckland Secondary School

Our client is a well-regarded coeducational secondary school in Auckland, seeking a NZ-registered Science Teacher to cover a maternity leave position during Terms 3 and 4, 2025.

The successful applicant will be employed under the terms of the Secondary Teachers' Collective Agreement.

Applicants must be New Zealand residents or have a strong likelihood of obtaining a work visa quickly.

All applicants must hold a Bachelor's degree in Biology or a related science field, and be confident teaching senior Biology (Years 11–13) as well as junior Science (Years 9–10).

The school values team players who are effective classroom practitioners and committed to supporting student achievement across diverse learning backgrounds.

Experience with NCEA is preferred.
