We seek a dynamic NZ registered teacher to join our supportive school as teacher in charge of languages, starting term 1 2026. The ability to teach Samoan up to Level 3 is required.

We deliver the languages of Te Reo Māori, Japanese and Samoan from Y9 to 13.

The applicant will be committed to meeting the needs of diverse learners, have expert curriculum knowledge and a strong ability to lead and inspire both students and staff. They will be highly motivated, organised and culturally responsive with a passion for teaching.

The successful applicant will be able to work with and support our students, contribute to the development of an inclusive and supportive environment and be able to demonstrate commitment to honour the principles of Te Tiriti Waitangi and the College's values of Mana Atua, Mana Tangata, Mana Tīpuna, Mana Whenua, and Mana Mātauranga. Involvement with the College's extracurricular programme is also expected.

The successful applicant will be expected to support the ethos and Catholic special character of the school.
