Accounts Clerk

Overview

LANCOM TECHNOLOGY LIMITED is a multinational enterprise that designs, develops and delivers technology services. This role supports the Finance and Administration team by managing the full Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable processes.

Purpose

Reporting to the CFO and accountable to the Finance Manager, the Accounts Clerk is responsible for executing the complete Accounts Payable process for Lancom.

Responsibilities

• Supplier invoice processing and reconciliation of supplier statements.
• Monthly and weekly payments, including corporate Uber account management and credit card reconciliation.
• Weekly creditor reporting, daily bank reconciliations, and monthly balance sheet reconciliations for identified accounts.
• Send customer statements of account and triage customer account queries.
• Work collaboratively with internal and external teams and provide cover for the office as required to ensure smooth operations.
• Carry out responsibilities in accordance with Lancom’s Health and Safety Policy and procedures.
