Allied Bulk Ltd, part of the HWR Group, is looking for a full-time Accounts Administrator to support our busy Transport operation in Auckland.
Responsibilities
Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
End-of-month processes and reporting
Responding to internal and external email and phone queries in a professional and timely manner
General office admin duties, including filing, data entry, and covering dispatch from time to time
Qualifications
At least 2+ years proven accounts experience
Accuracy and attention to detail
Excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritise tasks
Class 1 Drivers License
Legal working status in New Zealand (residency or valid work visa)
Intermediate level computer skills; knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite is essential
Excellent interpersonal written and oral communication skills
Great sense of humour and adaptability to a dynamic environment
A team-player attitude

Additional Information
The role is based at Penrose, Mt Wellington, with occasional days at our Bombay site.
