Allied Bulk Ltd, part of the HWR Group, is looking for a full‑time Accounts Administrator to support our busy Transport operation in Auckland.
Responsibilities
- Accounts Payable and Accounts Receivable
- End‑of‑month processes and reporting
- Responding to internal and external email and phone queries in a professional and timely manner
- General office admin duties, including filing, data entry, and covering dispatch from time to time
Qualifications

The role is based at Penrose, Mt Wellington, with occasional days at our Bombay site. Vehicle travel between sites will be provided. The remuneration and benefits package is commensurate with experience and qualifications.
