ROLE SUMMARY : We're looking for a dynamic Head of Admissions (Enrolments Manager) to lead enrolment growth at ACG Sunderland.

This is a people-focused and relationship-driven role, responsible for achieving student enrolment targets while delivering an exceptional experience for families from enquiry to enrolment.

ACG Sunderland is a private school in Henderson, West Auckland, delivering rewarding educational pathways and exceptional international education to children in the West Auckland locale.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES : Drive enrolments across Primary and College by meeting or exceeding targets Build strong relationships with parents, community partners, and feeder schools Lead and support marketing initiatives (Open Days, expos, parent evenings) Maintain accurate CRM data and provide regular enrolment reporting Collaborate with school leadership, staff, and marketing to drive student retention and growth Foster marketing opportunities with community groups THE IDEAL CANDIDATE WILL HAVE : Strong communication with proven sales / marketing / account management experience A passion for education and a commitment to outstanding customer care Confidence in building networks and engaging with the local community An organised, proactive approach, and able to manage multiple priorities Professionalism, polish, and be a true "people person" A current New Zealand driver's licence SAFEGUARDING STATEMENT Inspired Education Group is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children and young people and expects all staff, volunteers and other third parties to share this commitment.
