• We’re looking for a strategic, people-focused leader to take on the Head of Investment Management role - helping shape how the FMA delivers on its mission to foster the fairest financial sector in the world.In this role, you’ll :
• Lead our investment management supervision work and influence wider regulatory priorities.
• Oversee operational and regulatory programmes that make a real impact.
• Build strong relationships across the organisation and industry.
• Shape future direction and priorities at both team and enterprise level.

• A one-FMA-team mindset - collaborative, adaptable, and ready to roll up your sleeves when needed.This is a visible leadership role with reach across the FMA and our stakeholders. While Auckland presence is preferred, we welcome Wellington-based applicants who can travel as needed.
