This position requires a resilient, efficient, enthusiastic, and detail-oriented person who has a willingness to learn and support others.OverviewThe role : In this role, you will work closely with the Marketing team to develop strong brand awareness and visibility for our clients offices, as well as be involved in the design process and production of marketing collateral that supports the development and implementation of integrated communications and digital initiatives.You love being part of a cohesive team but must be able to use your initiative and work independently and autonomously as required.
You will have excellent computer and systems experience and be familiar with the Adobe Creative Suite Packages.
ResponsibilitiesProcessing property marketing campaigns, including ordering and designing print and online media using Campaign Track / Indesign.Designing professional personal marketing for the salespeople, working with stakeholders on their printing and design requirements, and providing proofs / samples as requiredProducing, designing, and delivering custom digital and printed marketing and communications materials - catalogues, packaging, artwork and flyers / postersManaging our brand suite of marketing materials and updating them as requiredAssisting with brand comms using Facebook, Instagram, and newslettersShooting videos and photos of agents, auctions, and other social media campaignsPlanning, coordinating, and editing videos and photos to be ready to publishManage and track the creative requests and project briefs, ensuring deadlines are metOther duties as required including photocopying, trimming, binding, laminating, scanningAssisting Marketing and Sales team with marketing tasksKey AttributesWilling to roll up your sleeves and do a job with a wide range of tasksMotivated to be an active team memberExcellent at copywriting and copy-editing skillsWilling to apprentice in our clients values and their way of supporting, servicing their highly valued internal and external customersAble to work independently, take initiative, and contribute to new ideasA strong collaborator with a positive attitudeEquipped with a can-do attitude with a willingness to do a variety of duties, multitasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritise tasksBe positive, hardworking, and creativeSkills RequiredExperience with the Adobe SuiteProficiency in Microsoft SuiteExcellent written skills and strong attention to detailBackground in graphic design and photography is preferableStrong written and spoken EnglishApply NowThis position is available now and we will be interviewing suitable candidates as applications are received – so don't delay!
