Senior Marketing Coordinator – New Zealand

As our Senior Marketing Coordinator you'll work on a variety of multi-channel campaigns and programmes varying in size and complexity.

Your campaigns and programmes will maximise engagement and generate client acquisitions through a range of marketing methods, such as digital, client experience, content marketing and media.

The successful candidate should be an excellent communicator and easily collaborate with teams and stakeholders across varying seniority.

We're looking for someone who has a growth mindset, fosters strong teaming, is curious minded and collaborative.

This position is based in our Tamaki Makaurau office.

Our roles can potentially be adjusted to work flexibly with reduced hours.

Ko To Rourou | Your key responsibilities

Working with marketing team members and business stakeholders across the New Zealand business to deliver marketing programmes.

Facilitate all aspects of campaign execution and effectively engage other BMC functions across social, design, web and comms.

Copy writing for a variety of channels, including invites, internal communications, client communications, website and social media to build brand reputation and strengthen relationships for the firm.

Passionate about digital marketing.

Excellent verbal communication skills.

Excellent writing and proofreading skills : strong attention to detail and ability to communicate clearly to a range of audiences.

Ideally, you'll also have the skills and attributes below but don't worry if you don't tick all the boxes.

We're interested in your aptitude, attitude and willingness to learn.

Experience in end-to-end campaign management and implementation.

Strong project management skills - ability to work under pressure on multiple projects or project elements, simultaneously and to tight deadlines.

Strong networking and stakeholder management skills to collaborate in a wide range of situations and with people at all levels within the organisation.

Adherence to budgets, objectives and deadlines on projects with the aim of enhancing productivity and value.
