Social Media & Content Coordinator

Job descriptionManage CA ANZ’s social media channels and digital communities Create and publish engaging content across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, LinkedIn, Facebook, X and My CA Communities) Writing engaging social media captions for all content, utilising our brand voice guidelines and social SEO in mind Manage and encourage community interactions, respond to comments and messages, and escalate feedback to relevant stakeholders as needed Use data and analytics to adapt content and strategies Collaborate with stakeholders and external partners Report on social media performance and support team productivity 2-3 years’ experience in social media or community management (or similar roles) Strong writing skills—you know how to craft sharp, engaging content and captions Creative, confident, and up to date with social and digital trends Comfortable using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite Great communicator who collaborates well with others Curious, adaptable, and eager to learn and grow Real-world experience in social media and content creation with a top professional brand Supportive mentors and a collaborative team to help you learn and grow Access to training, coaching, and LinkedIn Learning to build your skills Flexible hybrid work so you can balance life and work your way A welcoming, inclusive culture where your ideas and voice matter Extra perks like additional leave days over Christmas

ABOUT THE ROLE
As Social Media & Content Coordinator, you’ll bring our brand to life across all social platforms and digital communities. This is a creative, hands-on role for someone who’s plugged into trends, confident with content, and ready to make an impact. You’ll craft scroll-stopping visuals, write compelling copy, and help build a vibrant online community. From posting reels to collaborating with teams, you’ll play a key part in growing our brand and attracting the next generation of accounting talent. Every post, caption, and reply you create will help shape something bigger.
