    About the Role

    We're looking for a creative and strategic Principal Advisor to lead and deliver organic social media strategies that grow brand awareness, engagement, and community across Health NZ's key platforms.

    In this role, you'll :

    • Develop and execute compelling organic social media strategies aligned with Health NZ's strategic goals.
    • Create high-quality, engaging content (including photography, video, and copy) that resonates across platforms.
    • Support the Social Media Lead in shaping and evaluating our broader content and channel strategy.
    • Collaborate with internal teams to source and support content creation, ensuring brand consistency and impact.
    • Champion Health NZ's brand values in every piece of content and interaction.
    • About you

      You're a seasoned social media professional with 5–7+ years of experience driving organic growth across platforms.

      You bring a strong creative eye and technical skillset—comfortable behind the camera, in the editing suite, and at the keyboard.

      You'll thrive in this role if you :

    • Have a deep understanding of social media algorithms, trends, and best practices.
    • Are a confident storyteller with excellent copywriting and visual content creation skills.
    • Excel at managing multiple projects in fast-paced environments.
    • Bring strategic thinking and a continuous improvement mindset to everything you do.
    • Have experience coaching and guiding others to deliver impactful content and campaigns.
