We are seeking a passionate and experienced educator to join our team as a learning support coordinator (LSC) . This role plays a vital part in promoting inclusive, culturally responsive practice across our kura, ensuring every learner is supported to reach their potential and thrive.

Working closely with the Associate Principal , staff, whānau, and external agencies, the LSC will lead and coordinate learning support systems that uphold Te Tiriti o Waitangi , reflect an understanding of Te Ao Māori , and strengthen outcomes for all students.

We are seeking someone who :

• Has experience supporting students with diverse learning needs .
• Builds trusting relationships with students, staff, whānau, and external partners .
• Demonstrates organisation, and collaboration skills .
