Learning Support Coordinator (Lsc)

Overview

Primary and intermediate (Years 1–8) / kura tuatahi, Certificated teacher.

English, Health and physical education, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Maori, The arts.

This is a full-time, permanent, fully-released position for a registered teacher holding a Tuturu | Full Practising Certificate.

The LSC will play a pivotal role in promoting inclusive practice across our kura, working collaboratively with our DP (SENCo), staff, whanau, and external agencies to ensure students with additional learning needs are supported to reach their potential and thrive.

Responsibilities

Lead and support inclusive education practices across the kura.

Collaborate with the DP (SENCo), staff, whanau, and external agencies to support students with additional learning needs.

Promote and model high-quality teaching across subject areas listed.

Qualifications

Registered teacher with a Tuturu | Full Practising Certificate.

Subject areas include English, Health and physical education, Mathematics and statistics, Science, Social sciences, Technology, Te reo Maori, The arts.
