Global Product Manager (12 Month Maternity Cover)

That's why we're on a mission to shift riders from synthetics to natural fibres designing high-performance merino apparel that doesn't mess up the places we love to play.Mons Royale is looking for a Head of Product Management to join us for a 12-month maternity cover.

Working closely with the Product Director, you'll play a key role in executing our global product strategy delivering world class products that grow the brand and exceed rider expectations.What you'll do : Partner with the Product Director to execute the global product strategy across all categories.Use consumer insights and market data to shape product direction and uncover growth opportunities.Collaborate with design to ensure the brand vision is delivered in every collection.Deliver seasonal product plans and drop calendars that align with marketing campaigns.Ensure data accuracy and consistency across systems to support smooth product life cycle management.Work cross-functionally with marketing, operations and supply chain to ensure seamless go-to-market execution.Own pricing architecture and margin goals, ensuring sales, inventory and profitability targets are met.What we're looking for : Proven leadership in product management within apparelStrong commercial mindset with the ability to balance brand vision with sales and margin delivery.A collaborative leader who thrives in cross-functional environments.Sharp understanding of consumer behaviour and digital growth strategies.Detail-oriented with experience managing data accuracy.This is your chance to join Mons Royale at a pivotal moment, shaping how we bring our merino products to riders worldwide.Opportunity for GrowthMons Royale is a fast-growing brand in the action and adventure sports space with lots of opportunities for career development, within and outside NZ.Mountain town lifestyle and flexibilityWe are based in mountain towns because we value time spent in the mountains and want to enable and encourage our team to achieve a work / life balance.
