Job Description
The role
Due to an internal promotion, we have an exciting opportunity to join the Technology team at Alpine Energy.
As the Head of Technology, you will be responsible for :
Executing our technology roadmap leveraging systems, data and future technology to deliver to our purpose and strategic outcomes
Providing technology and digital leadership across the business, driving performance improvements through innovation
Leading and developing the Digital Services team, building a brand and reputation for excellence, customer focus and delivery
Ensuring efficient, secure and future ready operations through IT service management, vendor partnerships and robust cybersecurity
Partnering with key stakeholders to prioritise investments, manage budgets and support digital skills developed across the business
What you'll need
Proven leadership with experience driving digital transformation and managing large-scale IT operations
Strong customer focus and capability to engage stakeholders at all levels
Strategic and creative problem-solving skills, with a track record of delivering innovation at pace
Broad knowledge of digital technologies, infrastructure, cybersecurity and cloud services
A proactive, flexible approach and the ability to inspire and motivate teams
Strong financial acumen to manage significant budgets effectively
Nice to haves
Strong project management capability
Experience in leading major technology change initiatives
