Overview

Mangapikopiko School is a growing school that opened in 2022 in the Park Green development of Rosehill. With a current roll of 260 students, we anticipate significant growth to 420 students within the next few years.

Role

We are seeking a passionate and skilled educator to join our team as a team leader for our Y1-2 space. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is ready to use their leadership skills to build a strong, collaborative team. We are looking for a leader who is committed to inclusive practices and a focus on building trusting relationships.

Ideal candidate

• Experience or an interest in working within a collaborative learning environment
• Strong pedagogical content knowledge
• An interest in exploring the Teaching and Leading to the North East framework
• The energy and commitment to mentor, coach, and grow alongside their colleagues

If you are currently in a middle management role or are ready to take the next step in your career, we\'d love to hear from you. The remuneration for this role is one unit and a 0.1 release.
