Team Leader Responsibilities

The Team Leader oversees daily operations, ensuring customer requirements are met, staff understand expectations (including safety), and all compliance and regulations are adhered to.

Due to an open position, Lineage Wiri seeks a team leader responsible for staff utilization and achieving product movement levels. The team leader will work closely with the operations supervisor to meet these goals.

• Inventory barcode scanning experience
• Proficient numeracy and analytical skills
• Physically fit with a good work record
• Experience in cold storage is advantageous
• Maintain good customer relations
• Counterbalance license required; Reach Truck license advantageous
• Desire to contribute to an innovative and progressive company
• Excellent planning and problem-solving skills
