We are looking for an enthusiastic team leader to join our leadership team and guide a group of dedicated teachers. In this role, you will build and nurture a collaborative team culture that ensures the pastoral and academic needs of students are met. You will lead high quality teaching and learning through team planning, curriculum development and effective use of data to inform practice. Supporting the professional growth of team members will be central to your work, as will creating a safe, inclusive and engaging environment where everyone can thrive.

With around 900 students from across Auckland, we offer a rich curriculum and a wide range of opportunities beyond the classroom in arts, culture and sport. If you are highly organised, an excellent communicator and passionate about empowering others, we would love to hear your story.
