About the Role
We are looking for a Payroll Systems Assurance Specialist to provide expert oversight of configuration changes to our payroll systems, ensuring full compliance with the Holidays Act, tax obligations, and other legislative requirements.
In this role, youll ensure that robust testing, quality assurance, and documentation processes are followed whenever system updates occur. Youll also provide advice and support to the Payroll and wider People & Culture teams on any process changes resulting from system updates.
This position is pivotal to maintaining payroll integrity and employee trust across our organisation.

You will be an experienced payroll professional with strong technical expertise, a sharp eye for detail, and a proactive approach to continuous improvement. Confident navigating complex systems, youll ensure payroll configuration changes meet legislative and compliance requirements, maintain data accuracy, and follow robust system processes.
As a subject matter expert, youll lead testing and quality assurance, identify opportunities for automation and process improvement, support team capability building, liaise with vendors, and contribute to projects that strengthen payroll integrity and reduce risk.
