We are on the lookout for a detail-oriented AR Allocations Coordinator to join our Albany based Support Centre team.

What You'll Be Doing

Accurately review and allocate payments for CDL, Bureau, and SDL credit accounts.

Ensure all transactions are processed within agreed timelines.

Identify and support improvements to our payment allocation processes.

Collaborate with your team and contribute to a positive, high-performing environment.

What You'll Bring

Minimum 2 years of AR transactional experience.

Strong attention to detail and a knack for accuracy.

Proficiency in Excel and Microsoft Office.

Experience with SAP and medium / large ERP systems (preferred).

Great communication skills and a proactive mindset.
