About The Role

At Zyber, the eCommerce Coordinator plays a critical role in the business : you're the face of client relationships and the driver of internal execution. You'll handle administrative tasks (document distribution, report collation, communication support), manage timelines, and enable cross-functional collaboration to support the full lifecycle of success for every account.

This role is a 1-year fixed-term contract for maternity cover and requires both strategic thinking and operational precision. You'll drive eCommerce marketing delivery, ensuring tasks are prioritised correctly and delivered on time.

Key Responsibilities

Communication

Manage external client communication via Gorgias and project management tools.

Run weekly internal estimations and planning calls.

Operations & Task Management

Manage day-to-day task distribution within the operations team

Ensure timely, professional completion of assigned tasks from Account Managers

Oversee and maintain quality assurance across deliverables

Provide clear, consistent communication with merchants and internal stakeholders

Support the client team in delivery execution

Act as Project Manager on delegated tasks, including meeting setup, facilitation, sign-off follow-ups, and task delegation

Assist with project scheduling, risk tracking, and opportunity management

Technical & Administrative Support

Provide ad hoc support on technical Shopify, Klaviyo, and app-related tasks

Deliver administrative assistance to team members and management

What We're Looking For

2+ years of experience in coordination, preferably in a marketing or eCommerce agency

Experience with CRM (Klaviyo) & Shopify preferred

Strong working knowledge of project management tools (ClickUp or similar)

Proven ability to manage operational tasks, timelines, and team coordination across accounts

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Strong organisational skills with exceptional attention to detail

Confident leading internal syncs
