With 300+ stores and over 24,000 team members, we have a large supply chain that keeps everything moving.As a Safety & Wellbeing Specialist, you'll play a key role in shaping a proactive safety culture across our Distribution Centre.

Your responsibilities will include : Supporting the delivery of our Safety and Wellbeing strategy and annual tactical plans.Leading and assisting with audits, incident investigations, and corrective actions.Collaborating with Training Coordinators and contributing to training for new and existing staff.Coaching and mentoring DC teams and leaders on hazard management and safety systems.Driving safety-related training initiatives and wellbeing services for team members.Collaborating with internal and external stakeholders to embed best-practice safety processes and systems.Monitoring and reporting on key safety, wellbeing, and injury management metrics.Actively contributing to safety committees and fostering a positive safety culture.We offer a range of benefits, including : Southern cross health insurance.5% discount at our retail stores.A day off on your birthday and long service leave.Inhouse learning and development programmes and courses.The ideal candidate for this role will have experience working in a complex supply chain network, strong organisational skills, and a knowledge of safety software systems and processes.
