Applications close Friday 19 September 2025.ResponsibilitiesAs a Salesforce Adoption Specialist for the Digital Department, collaborate with the wider Digital team and Customer Strategy to develop and maintain a roadmap for Salesforce process and training enhancements to drive continuous customer experience and business improvements.Manage business processes, facilitate training, and drive the adoption of Salesforce applications across the organisation.Elevate customer experiences by enhancing Salesforce use and ensuring alignment with Tataki Auckland Unlimited's Customer Strategy.Lead best practice across business units, collaborating with the Salesforce Product Owner on future system enhancements to improve user experience.Support projects with a focus on user buy-in, training, and adoption, ensuring a seamless transition to operations once the project is complete.Maintain best practice and continued adoption after project completion by working with stakeholders.Promote organisational change to Salesforce and implement strategies to embed user adoption.
