Our Onboarding Specialists are focused on leading the onboarding process for our more complex, enterprise customers. We are here to make on-boarding as seamless as possible!

We have 2 positions available 1 x permanent and 1 x 12 month fixed term

Responsibilities

  • Perform end-to-end account opening to support frontline teams and customers while fulfilling AML / CFT regulatory requirements.
  • Guide our teams and customers through identification and verification processes in line with the Bank’s onboarding procedures and regulatory requirements.
  • Analyse and interrogate data from various systems, customers, and other sources to efficiently identify and verify customer information.
  • Collaborate with frontline teams to provide active support and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for enterprise accounts.
  • Learn and gain exposure to various systems, legal standards, and data sources relevant to onboarding.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Working knowledge of AML processes and requirements is advantageous but not required; opportunity to learn on the job.
  • Excellent time management, tech-savviness, and organisational skills.
  • Strong communication, ability to multitask, high attention to detail, and a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.
  • Good customer service, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.
  • Exposure to company and trusts structures is a plus.
