Our Onboarding Specialists are focused on leading the onboarding process for our more complex, enterprise customers. We are here to make on-boarding as seamless as possible!

We have 2 positions available 1 x permanent and 1 x 12 month fixed term

Responsibilities

Perform end-to-end account opening to support frontline teams and customers while fulfilling AML / CFT regulatory requirements.
Guide our teams and customers through identification and verification processes in line with the Bank’s onboarding procedures and regulatory requirements.
Analyse and interrogate data from various systems, customers, and other sources to efficiently identify and verify customer information.
Collaborate with frontline teams to provide active support and ensure a seamless onboarding experience for enterprise accounts.
Learn and gain exposure to various systems, legal standards, and data sources relevant to onboarding.

Qualifications and Skills

Working knowledge of AML processes and requirements is advantageous but not required; opportunity to learn on the job.

Excellent time management, tech-savviness, and organisational skills.

Strong communication, ability to multitask, high attention to detail, and a passion for delivering great customer outcomes.

Good customer service, collaboration, and communication skills are essential.

Exposure to company and trusts structures is a plus.
