Host client workshops using various tools and methods.

Analyze business needs and develop requirements.

Design business processes and Salesforce solutions.

Present work to clients and stakeholders.

Configure and test Salesforce applications and components.

Ensure quality, performance, and maintainability of solutions.

Collaborate with architects and project managers to mitigate risks.

Participate in testing, documentation, and practice-building activities.
