What You’ll Be Doing

• Building stuff : coding, code reviews, fixing bugs, peer programming, incident response, and reverse‑engineering tasks.
• Planning / architecture : estimating, collaborating with product teams, and establishing MVPs.
• Learning and teaching : chapter reviews, research, meetups, coaching and mentoring developers to level up.
• Enabling : working on shared libraries, contributing to open source content, defining, documenting, and evolving best practices for development in the team’s area of focus.
