As a Lead Software Engineer, you'll drive the design and delivery of scalable integrations and microservices built on Azure Logic Apps, C# / .

NET, and API Management — shaping architecture and mentoring others in a collaborative engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and inspire engineers to grow in their craft, sharing best practices across integration and API development.

Design and implement cloud-native integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Event Grid.

Develop and maintain secure, reusable APIs and microservices in C# / .

NET.

Champion quality through testing, observability, and secure coding practices.

Enhance and optimise existing systems to improve performance and reliability.

Collaborate closely with product managers, DevOps, QA, and architects to deliver seamless, production-ready solutions.

Contribute strategically to roadmap discussions and technical direction.

Skills & Experience

5+ years' experience in software or integration engineering (SaaS or eCommerce preferred).

Strong hands-on expertise with Azure Logic Apps, API Management, Azure Functions, and Event Grid.

Proven background in C# / .

NET development with microservices and RESTful APIs.

Deep understanding of cloud integration, service buses, and security best practices.

Familiarity with Docker, Kubernetes, and both relational and NoSQL databases.

Bonus : Experience improving CI / CD pipelines and incident response frameworks.
