About the Role

As a Lead Software Engineer, you’ll drive the design and delivery of scalable integrations and microservices built on Azure Logic Apps, C# / .NET, and API Management — shaping architecture and mentoring others in a collaborative engineering culture.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and inspire engineers to grow in their craft, sharing best practices across integration and API development.
• Design and implement cloud-native integrations using Azure Logic Apps, Functions, and Event Grid.
• Develop and maintain secure, reusable APIs and microservices in C# / .NET.
• Champion quality through testing, observability, and secure coding practices.
• Enhance and optimise existing systems to improve performance and reliability.
• Collaborate closely with product managers, DevOps, QA, and architects to deliver seamless, production-ready solutions.
• Contribute strategically to roadmap discussions and technical direction.
