About the Role

We’re looking for a curious, hands-on Senior .NET Developer to join a fast-growing tech-driven business in Auckland CBD. If you love building modern web apps, solving tricky problems, and experimenting across the full stack — this is a chance to make a genuine impact while working with a talented, down-to‑earth team.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design, build, and enhance web applications using C# and modern .NET frameworks (MVC, Minimal APIs, Azure / AWS Functions).
  • Contribute across the stack — from database design to front‑end work in React and TypeScript.
  • Collaborate with engineers, product teams, and DevOps to deliver high‑quality, scalable solutions.
  • Deploy and monitor applications using Terraform, AWS, and CloudWatch.
  • Experiment, learn, and adapt — embracing new technologies and tools as the stack evolves.
  • Champion clean code and a pragmatic approach to problem‑solving.

Skills & Experience

  • Solid experience building web applications in C# / .NET.
  • Familiarity with modern front‑end frameworks (React preferred).
  • Strong understanding of database fundamentals — schema design, query optimisation, and performance tuning.
  • Exposure to Terraform, AWS, or Azure for cloud deployments.
  • Bonus points for interest or experience in Python, financial / investment systems, or containerisation (Docker, ECS, Kubernetes).
  • A growth mindset — eager to learn, experiment, and share ideas.
