Job descriptionIntermediate or senior level experience; focus is on what you’ve delivered, not strictly years of experience. Strong technical skills in C#, .NET, and SQL Server, with emphasis on middleware and database-layer development. Experience with Greenfield development projects and building from ground up. Experience in regulated environments (e.g., finance, banking, healthcare) and understanding of secure system design. Excellent communication skills; able to translate technical detail into meaningful business conversations and proactively share / receive feedback. A permanent role in a mission-driven organisation doing meaningful work in New Zealand. Opportunity to work on an exciting Greenfield project where you can showcase your skills. Be part of a small, collaborative team that problem-solves and ideates together. Flat structure with daily access to decision-makers; your ideas will be heard and valued. Overview
Delivery Lead @ Talent | Technology & Transformation — This is a permanent opportunity for a Software Engineer to join a New Zealand not-for-profit organisation making a real-world impact.
You'll become part of a small team that thrives on collaboration, values continuous learning, and operates within a flat structure where everyone's voice is heard. As a Software Engineer, you'll contribute to a Greenfield project, building functionality from the ground up and informing architecture and design decisions as the organisation creates a new platform.
Responsibilities
- Contribute to a Greenfield development effort, building functionality from scratch.
- Contribute to architecture and design decisions for the new platform.
- Collaborate with a small, collaborative team in a flat-structure environment where ideas are valued.
