About The Role

We’re looking for a motivated and technically skilled Junior Salesforce Developer to join our growing Salesforce and Go-To-Market team. You’ll play a key role in designing, developing, and maintaining both functional and technical solutions on the Salesforce platform that support Go-To-Market operations, user experience, and integration needs.

You’ll work closely with Go-To-Market leadership, our Ecosystem Team, and sales to streamline lead-to-sale processes, improve user adoption, and deliver scalable solutions that drive sales performance while growing your Salesforce expertise.

Ideal candidates should have hands-on experience configuring Sales Cloud and a strong understanding of CRM processes like lead management, opportunity tracking, and forecasting. While primarily a functional role, familiarity with programmatic Salesforce tools (Apex, LWC, etc.) is beneficial.

We seek individuals comfortable in a dynamic environment, eager to help deliver the best outcomes for our farmers, quick learners, and proactive workers under pressure and tight deadlines.

Essential Skills and Certifications

  • Experience with Salesforce automation and declarative tools (flows, approvals, validation rules)
  • Experience with Apex, LWC, Visualforce, SOQL is a plus
  • Salesforce Administrator certification is required; additional certifications like Platform App Builder, Data Architect, Sales Cloud Consultant, or Platform Developer are a plus

Preferred Additional Skills

  • Experience in international markets
  • Knowledge of other tech stacks
  • Experience with Salesforce telephony tools
  • Experience with Salesforce products beyond Sales and Service Clouds

  • Analyzing requirements and designing Salesforce solutions
  • Implementing solutions using Salesforce tools
  • Testing solutions (unit, integration, UAT)
  • Managing deployments and releases
  • Maintaining and improving systems
  • Supporting ongoing Salesforce operations (queries, training, feedback)
