Job descriptionSafely install car seats with expert precision in customer vehicles, following Baby Bunting’s Installation Principles. Be the face of Baby Bunting by welcoming families with a big smile and answering all their car seat safety questions (because, let’s face it, parents always have questions). Show customers just how easy and important it is to get those car seats installed correctly! Educate parents on the do’s and don’ts of car seat use – you’ll be their go-to person for peace of mind. Stay up-to-date with the latest safety regulations and car seat guidelines, ensuring all installations meet the highest safety standards. Help with other in-store tasks like inventory, product demonstrations, and sharing your child safety knowledge with the team. Make a Difference : You’ll be directly involved in keeping Australia’s littlest passengers safe and sound! Growth & Training : We’ll provide all the training and certifications you need to become an expert in child car seat safety. Pre-Employment Checks – If successful, we will begin pre-employment checks. Offer & Contract – Once checks are complete and satisfactory, we’ll issue your employment contract. Start Date – Employment to commence 3-4 weeks before (depending on position) the grand opening. Grand Opening – The store officially opens on 20 December 2025 ! If you have leave planned during the seasonal period (including public holidays), please let us know. If your roster includes a public holiday, you will be required to work on that day. Due to the intimate and personal nature of our work, successful applicants will also need to undergo a Ministry of Justice Check.

In this exciting, customer-facing role, you’ll be a trusted hero to new parents and caregivers, helping them safely install car seats and ensuring every journey is a safe one.
Location : Westgate
Employment Type : Permanant Part-Time
Roster : Tuesday 10am - 1pm / Thursday 1pm - 4pm / Sunday 10am - 2pm

What We’re Looking For
- No experience required! If you\'re physically fit, can climb in and out of customer cars with ease, and have the ability to work with small clips and restraints, we’ll provide full training and certifications!
- A passion for safety and a desire to make sure little ones travel securely.
- A friendly, approachable attitude, and the ability to break down technical details into simple, understandable advice.
- Strong communication skills and a willingness to learn!
