Overview
As a Service and Sales Specialist based within our National Contact Centre in Mt Wellington, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. Your goal is to ensure a seamless and positive experience across phone, email, LiveChat, and other digital platforms. You will handle inquiries, resolve issues, and promote our products, all while maintaining our commitment to exceptional service. This is a Fixed Term contract until March 2026.
