About the Role
We're looking for a highly organised and systems-focused Die Maintenance Planner to manage our Aluminium Extrusion Operations Die Bank, which includes approximately 6,000 dies.
This role is critical to ensuring we meet our delivery promises to customers while optimising operational efficiency.
You'll be the go-to expert in EPICS, with a solid understanding of SAP and master data systems that drive production outcomes.
Working closely with Operations, Die Services, and the Die Shop, you'll play a key role in maintaining die integrity and supporting production excellence.
Die Bank Administration
: Maintain accurate die data in EPICS and ensure efficient die services aligned with production schedules.
Nitriding Schedule Planning :
Develop and manage nitriding schedules to maintain die quality and performance.
Die Maintenance Planning :
Develop and plan maintenance
System Management :
Oversee die status and location tracking in EPICS, in collaboration with the Die Service Team Leader.
Data Accuracy :
Ensure all die-related data is consistently and correctly entered in EPICS to support operational planning.
Cross-Team Collaboration :
Work closely with internal teams to ensure smooth die management processes and timely customer deliveries.
About You
To excel in this role, you'll need :
System Expertise :
Strong hands-on experience with EPICS and ADAM production systems, plus a solid working knowledge of SAP.
Manufacturing Data Skills :
Ability to interpret and manage complex manufacturing data and databases.
Problem-Solving Ability :
Analytical mindset with strong planning and organisational skills.
Attention to Detail :
High level of accuracy in data entry and reporting.
Communication Skills :
Clear and effective communication across teams and departments.
Technical Proficiency :
Advanced skills in Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel.
A minimum of three years' relevant experience in die maintenance planning, technical coordination, or a related role - OR, relevant technical qualification.

Salary : 40 hours per week, with a range of $70,000 to $80,000 per annum depending on knowledge, skills, and experience, along with Medical Insurance to eligible employees.
