Head office is in Mt Eden, Auckland with regional offices in Hamilton, Hawkes Bay, Whakatane, Tauranga, Christchurch and Queenstown.

With a commitment to excellence and a client-centric approach, we\'ve established ourselves as leaders in the industry, offering top-tier financial advice and services.We are now looking for a full time Paraplanner for Insurance based in our Mt Eden, Auckland office to join our growing team.ResponsibilitiesGenerate Statements of Advice in a timely mannerReview Fact Finds, Needs Analysis, as provided by Advisers and prepare Statement of Advice for presentation to Advisers.Prepare discussion documents and review documents including product and market comparisons.Complete research needed to support recommendations being made.Gather further information and clarity on the recommendations being made from advisers / insurers, if needed.Submit signed letters of authority to providers, and obtain information for input into the CRM.Create file notes in CRM.Ensure all documentation is filed in the system.Attend fortnightly insurance and investment meetings with Advisers.Assist in the preparation and updating of compliance documents for Advisers.Key requirementsA reliable individual who has the ability to manage and prioritise their workload.Ability to produce business level correspondence, proof-read for grammar, spelling and punctuation with a high degree of accuracy.Relevant Financial related qualifications an advantage.NZ life / risk insurances product knowledge an advantage.Salary, benefits and work arrangementsSalary offer is based on current skill set and experience level.Company KiwiSaver contribution in addition to salaryLifestyle Leave optionsLong Service Leave availableWork from home one day per week once training completedGroup Insurance providedEmployee Assistance programmeProfessional association fees coveredJoin the team and work in a great environment with an attractive remuneration package along with the training and support required to succeed in the finance industry.Application detailsPlease apply with a cover letter explaining why you are interested in the role.A clean credit check and police check will be required.All applicants need to hold NZ citizenship, NZ permanent residency or NZ residency, or hold a valid spouse NZ work visa with a validity of 12 months or longer, that does not require sponsorship.Job insightsUnlock job insights.
