About The Role

As a Junior Demand Planner, you'll utilize historical sales data and trends, and monitor stock levels to generate accurate demand forecasts, ensuring products are available when and where they're needed.

This is a 6-month fixed-term role based in Avondale.

Analyze historical sales and other relevant data to anticipate sales and stock requirements

Consolidate commercial forecasts across regions to create a clear, business-wide demand plan

Optimize stock availability across regions while minimizing the risk of overstock and stockouts

Support warehouse operations during stock takes and ensure accuracy across all stock systems

Produce regular demand and stock reports, highlighting risks such as slow-moving inventory

Monitor forecast accuracy, stock levels, and buying performance

Provide insights to the finance team to support decision-making and budget alignment

About You

Knowledge of forecasting and demand planning processes

Proficiency in Excel, with strong data manipulation and reporting capabilities

Strong analytical and reporting skills

Ability to remain calm under pressure and perform effectively in a fast-paced environment

Proactive and a strong team player

Ability to build and maintain effective relationships across teams

Ability to commit to the full 6-month duration
