If you're ready to take on a role that blends strategy, analytics, and hands-on problem-solving, this is your chance to make an impact in a global brand that's anything but ordinary.RESPONSIBILITIESAreas that play to your strengthsAll the responsibilities we'll trust you with : Lead and coordinate the monthly S&OP process, ensuring alignment across sales, marketing, operations, and finance.Drive continuous improvement and implement best practices to enhance the process.Use advanced planning tools and analytics to improve forecasting accuracy and streamline operations.Collaborate with Finance to ensure alignment with financial targets and performance metrics.Build strong relationships with stakeholders to guarantee smooth execution and timely delivery.Develop and maintain an 18-month rolling demand plan using statistical models and market insights.Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, and Finance to incorporate trends, promotions, and customer feedback into forecasts.Leverage advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence to enhance forecasting accuracy and supply chain optimisation.Optimise inventory levels to meet customer demand while minimizing costs and waste.Align planning requirements with HQ Operations, replenishment, and logistics teams.Facilitate cross-functional collaboration to align plans and streamline processes.Analyse KPIs to identify opportunities for supply chain efficiency and forecasting accuracy.Develop risk mitigation strategies and ensure supply chain resilience.Partner with Sales and Marketing to plan, order, store, and distribute Visibility Items.Ensure inventory levels support business goals while staying within budget.Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent experience5+ years of experience in supply chain management, with expertise in S&OP and process optimisation.Strong analytical skills and proficiency in demand planning tools (e.g., SAP / APO) and Microsoft Excel.Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and drive operational improvements.Knowledge of the FMCG industry and advanced forecasting technologies.Travel 0-10%WHERE YOU'LL BE BASEDAuckland Auckland, New ZealandNew Zealand RedBullNew Zealand JOIN THE TEAMGot what it takes?
