Responsibilities

Lead Demand and Supply planning across overseas and local manufacturing sites, ensuring seamless coordination and execution.

Manage key supply channels and drive the accuracy of demand forecasting and Integrated Business Planning (IBP) processes.

Align forecasts with inventory and production schedules through close collaboration with Sales, Marketing, and Production teams.

Collaborate with Operations, Logistics, and Customer Service teams to continuously assess and optimise processes and respond to external factors.

Lead a team of three direct reports, mentoring and developing them to foster a high-performance culture.

Maintain a forward-thinking, improvement-driven approach with a strategic mindset grounded in industry best practices.

Qualifications

8+ years of proven experience in Supply Chain Planning and Management.

Experience managing a small team.

Strong understanding of supply chain processes, demand forecasting, supply planning, and inventory management.

Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.

Proficiency in supply chain planning software and ERP systems (SAP APO is an advantage) or OMP.

Proficiency in Excel at an intermediate to advanced level.

Strong leadership and communication skills with a wide range of stakeholders.

Creative thinker with strong attention to detail and a customer service focus.

Valid unrestricted work visa.
