With operations spanning Australia, New Zealand, Spain, Italy, South Africa, Chile, and the United States, we manage the entire wine supply chain – from grape to glass.Our portfolio includes iconic brands such as Jacob's Creek, Hardys, and Campo Viejo, alongside emerging stars like Greasy Fingers, Cupio, and Dolly Wines.We're innovative, imaginative, and ambitious – challenging industry conventions to lead, shape, and grow the future of wine.About The RoleIn this autonomous and fast-paced role, you'll have the opportunity to truly embed yourself into our team as we redefine our presence in New Zealand.You'll work closely with internal and external stakeholders to ensure alignment, accurate forecasting, and strong relationships are maintained.Run monthly demand account reviews, ensuring a 'no surprises' culture is embeddedOwn the demand reporting for New Zealand to be presented at meetings and key forumsLead collaborative planning with key customers in marketSupport in-market inventory management by working closely with the production teams locally and in Australia to ensure accurate levels of stockProactively manage risk to slow-moving inventory for the New Zealand marketAbout YouYou are a motivated self-starter, with the ability to find opportunity in any challenge.

You're a go-getter who thrives in environments where you can challenge the status quo to ensure efficiencies.Demonstrated ability to build and maintain strong relationships with stakeholdersThe ability to think critically and analytically as well as challenge when necessaryDrive and deliver on KPIsWork well under pressureTertiary qualifications in Supply Chain, Business, Operations, and / or Finance are an advantageFMCG experience is highly regarded but not mandatoryWhy join us?
