You will help ensure leave processes run smoothly and fairly, balancing leave entitlements with operational requirements while delivering compliant and effective outcomes.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Workforce Management team as a Crew Planner – Leave . You’ll work with stakeholders across the business to balance leave entitlements with operational needs, using planning expertise and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain fair and effective leave plans that align crew entitlements with business requirements.
• Support the delivery of leave ballots and requests, ensuring compliance, minimising leave liability, and maintaining fairness.
• Analyse and report on leave planning performance, providing insights to support decision-making and continuous improvement.
• Identify and recommend process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of leave planning.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure leave planning outcomes support wider workforce needs and business priorities.
