Land Sales Consultant

Overview

We are seeking an experienced Land Sales Consultant to join us at a boutique land development in Ara Hills.

This is a full-time permanent opportunity working Tuesday, Wednesday, Thursday, Friday, Saturday onsite from our Auckland office.

Skills And Experience

You will have a proven track record of success in residential land sales. Your ability to build effective relationships with stakeholders is key and you will thrive working in a fast paced environment.

To be successful in this role you will also have :

• A passion for customer service and building community
• Excellent communication (verbal / written) and interpersonal skills
• Strong negotiation skills
• People management capability
• Strong ability to multi-task and manage competing priorities
• Intermediate MS Office skills (Word / Excel)
• Experience using CRM (preferably Salesforce or MS Dynamics CRM)
• Solutions focused approach to problem solving
• Sound financial acumen
• Exposure to covenant administration would be advantageous

To be eligible for this role, you will be available to work 5 days per week on site including Saturdays with flexibility to work a varied roster if required.
