Your Role

Here's what you will be doing :

Supporting site teams with safety audits, risk assessments, and toolbox talks.

Assisting with incident reporting, investigations, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Contributing to training programs and promoting best practice in health and safety.

Gaining exposure to large-scale infrastructure projects and modern H&S systems.

About You

The company is looking for :

A recent (or soon-to-be) graduate in New Zealand Certificate in Workplace Health and Safety Practice (Level 4).

Strong communication and problem-solving skills.

A proactive mindset with a genuine passion for keeping people safe.

Willingness to travel to project sites across New Zealand.
