The purpose of this Senior Executive Assistant role is to provide a high quality and efficient service to the National Commissioner South and the Tamariki and Whānau Services teams.
This is achieved by proactively coordinating, supporting, and facilitating the seamless delivery of activities, and appropriately preparing and supporting them in their day-to-day activities.
As a Senior Executive Assistant, you will bring your expertise to provide :
