What will you do?

We\'re on the lookout for a Senior Business Analyst. In this pivotal role, you will bridge the gap between business strategy and execution, working closely with senior leaders, functional teams including Operations, HR, Payroll, Clinical, and technical experts to drive business transformation. You will be responsible for identifying business objectives, gathering and analysing requirements, and providing strategic insights to help deliver solutions that align with our business goals.

Responsibilities

  • Determine requirements by studying business capabilities, gathering information, and evaluating customer needs.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure business capabilities are aligned with broader strategic goals, enhancing the delivery of solutions.
  • Facilitate workshops to evaluate business capabilities, anticipate requirements, uncover areas for improvement, and develop optimisation strategies.
  • Understand and model business objectives or problem contexts to effectively communicate with different audiences, from executives to team members.
  • Own and drive RFI / RFP processes to evaluate market solutions and guide the business through successful implementation.

  • Who are you?

  • You have proven experience in a Business Analyst role with 8+ years of experience preferably in the HR and People space
  • You have been part of HR transformation programme e.g., implementing HRIS, Workforce management platforms
  • You have been involved in all the stages of a project, e.g., identifying need, establish business cases, documenting requirements and delivering critical projects and post-deployment support
  • You have an extensive track record of delivering solutions that improve employee experience, operational efficiency, or compliance
  • You have strong stakeholder management skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams (HR, Payroll, Tech and others)
  • You are experienced in eliciting requirements through different techniques, e.g., workshops and documenting requirements to high standards
  • You like to work in fast-paced work environments and contribute to multiple initiatives
  • You value people and kindness, and are passionate about learning and delivering excellent results
  • You strive for excellence and constantly look for ways to exceed expectations; delivering a high-quality service at speed will be second nature
  • You believe in the value of strong, positive, trusting teams who work together as one
  • As a resilient person you keep going, even when there are bumps in the road and you show composure under pressure
  • You value communication that is simple, clear and straight to the point
  • Having certification such as CBAP, PMI-PBA or Agile is preferred but not mandatory, we value practical experience and a growth mindset just as highly.
