Your preferred hours of work can be discussed during the recruitment process.We are looking for dedicated support workers who are comfortable covering a variety of shifts, including sleepovers and weekends.The duration of these hours may vary, ranging from shorter to longer periods, depending on the specific needs of the people we support.About youYou are a calm but confident natured individual who can demonstrate resilience and understand the challenges of our service users.

It is rewarding when you are part of the support that enables a person to live their best lives in the community.The candidate would have (Candidate Pre-Requisites) : Ideally prior personal care experience is preferredAccess to a car and ability to drive independently (a full New Zealand Driver's License is a must)Flexibility to work on a rotating rosterLegal right to work in New Zealand is a must.BenefitsPay Band : $24.13 - $30.78 per hour (This is based on the Pay Equity Settlement 2017 – hourly pay rates based on equivalency of Healthcare Qualifications assessed under Pay Equity).
