(RNOT, Social Worker) with Mental Health experience to join the Community MentalHealth Team ( CMHT).
CMHT, provides services through a multi-disciplinary teamapproach, specialist psychiatric assessment and treatment for adults, who havea moderate to severe psychiatric disorder.The primary generic function of the - case manager - is to work alongsidepeople to assist them in achieving their goals based on individual needs.
Asound understanding of psychiatric disorders and medications.
Providingcommunity support, interpersonal, social, recreational, vocational, andindependent living status and activities of people served.
They will utilise their existing strengths,family & / or community supports, all while being guided by their owncultural needs, goals and aspirations.
