Position Available : Team Supervisor

Key Requirements

Minimum 6 months of experienceOR

Level 1 or higher qualification

Key Responsibilities

Supervise orchard workers performing canopy maintenance and crop care tasks.

Allocate daily tasks and monitor productivity and quality of work.

Train and guide staff in safe and effective horticultural practices.

Monitor plant health and report any issues to management.

Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations and orchard protocols.

Maintain accurate records of work completed and staff performance.

Operate horticultural equipment safely and efficiently.

Support seasonal operations including pruning, thinning, and harvesting.

Communicate with management regarding labour needs and orchard progress.

Promote a safe, respectful, and productive work environment.

Ensure compliance with health & safety and hygiene regulations.

Support orchard development and infrastructure maintenance.
