With demand for our services growing rapidly, we're looking for an Account Manager to join our New Zealand based team and help us expand our impact.
About the role
As an Account Manager, you'll play a key role in nurturing and growing relationships with our corporate clients.
You'll be the primary point of contact for a portfolio of workplace clients, ensuring their skin check programs are delivered seamlessly from booking through to actionable medical reports and follow-up care.
With your passion for customer experience, knack for organisation, and a keen eye to spot opportunity to improve and expand how we service our clients, you'll help us deliver life-saving services to more workplaces across the country.
What you'll be doing
Managing a portfolio of workplace clients, from onboarding to ongoing relationship management
Recalling clients to renew their annual programs
Coordinating skin check programs, including scheduling, logistics, and client communication
Identifying opportunities to grow client accounts and maximise program participation / uptake
Collaborating with internal teams to ensure seamless delivery and client satisfaction
Preparing client reports and sharing insights on program outcomes
Delivering and creating educational content to boost employee uptake for active client campaigns
Contributing to process improvements and new initiatives to enhance the customer experience
Assisting our business development reps to secure and win new work that will build your portfolio of accounts
About you
Experience in account management, client services, or customer success roles
Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to juggle multiple priorities
Strong communication skills with a customer-first, problem-solving mindset
Ability to build and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal teams
Proactive problem-solver with high attention to detail
Experience in the healthcare, corporate health, or B2B services sector is an advantage
